Line Leader Job Summary Day Shift $15-$17 Night Shift $18-$19 We are searching for a Line Leader to oversee our assembly line. This job involves both direct supervision and quality assurance. In this role, you will set up the production line each day and set goals, as well as closely inspect the output for the day and ensure it meets company standards. Our ideal applicant has several years of manufacturing experience, Line Leader Duties and Responsibilities • Set up the production line and perform inventory control • Inspect your workspace regularly for Safety and follow GMP’s • Set production timelines and goals with Manager • Follow customer supplied directions and CAD files • Oversee individual staff member performance Line Leader Requirements and Qualifications • Basic Math and computer Knowledge • Able to pick heavy objects (50 Lbs), • Capable of standing for long periods of time and inspect product. • During production process should be able to remove quickly product • Understand CADS (Blue Prints) and other technical documents. • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is a plus
