A band is moving out of our room, so we're looking for a band to take the repeating slot (3-4 members) on Monday nights (additional time can be booked on shared calendar when room is not in use). Room has shared drum kit and bass cab to free up space. Room is also clean and organized. Rent is $300 via Venmo due on 1st of the month. Nice, responsible folks apply within.
