This position will be responsible and under the direction of the Resident Manager, for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex including all areas related to the day- to – day maintenance operations of the community. Job Requirements: • Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting • Repairing and addressing structures and/or fixtures such as showers, sinks, appliances, door/ cabinets, walls and building exteriors • Prepare units for new move-ins • Have a working knowledge of HVAC systems • Complete grounds work • Coordinate special projects as directed Schedule: Monday – Friday’s Day Shift and On call Pay: $15.00/hr DOE About Express Employment Professionals: Express Employment Professionals of Caldwell, ID is a leading staffing provider helping job seekers find work with a wide variety of local business.
