Hello, I purchased a partially renovated property that had been mostly rewired. A friend of mine, a master electrician licensed North Carolina, looked everything over, made a couple tweaks and pronounced everything good and to current 2021 code. I'm awaiting an answer but I may need to get the new panel inspected prior to BGE restoring power to the property(line from pole had drooped and was removed during foreclosure of previous owner). Looking for a Baltimore county licensed electrician who will inspect, change if required, and permit project for power restore. My friend was going to reciprocate his license to take care of it but BGE advised they might be able to get me power within the month while it will take longer for license transfer per state so willing to spend some money to keep things moving.
