We are a construction company currently working in Lubbock and need helpers for an immediate start date.
Ideally, we are looking for hard workers to join our travel crew building fence across the state of Texas and South Western US. Travel will be 80% of the time. Housing is provided by the company when out of town. Most common travel areas are OKC, DFW, San Antonio, and Houston. Project lengths last from 4 days to 7 days and crews can be out on the road for up to 3 weeks at a time.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable with hard work, digging holes, jack hammering, takes directions from foreman and site superintendents, ability to lift 150 lbs required, and bi lingual and has a drivers license a plus.
The position is a starting position for a helper with opportunity to grow and advance with the company as we promote from within.
Healthcare provided after 90 days of employment.
