We are a fast growing home building and art fabrication company. We currently have several high-end custom home builds in the pipeline. Our clients are very particular, alternative minded individuals who hire us for our creative solutions and ingenuity in a field where most builders are often LITERALLY thinking in the box. Out motto is we can build anything. The only limitations are budgets and the laws of physics! We need a leader who can operate in this type of environment. As the owner of the company I need to find someone I can rely on who wants to grow with us and potentially be a partner. Off the bat you'll be in charge of a crew of four and potentially, within a month, two crews. Compensation will be $35/h plus bonuses for hitting benchmarks and efficiency AND we are open to offers and negations. This is an open minded working environment. The door is always open to speak your mind. This company has grown over 500% this year alone and we have some magnificent jobs in the pipeline.
