We have a rental property in Sheridan - tenant moved out of a small 2 BR 1 bath rental that we need cleaned and repainted. We have started the work but need the vinyl laminate flooring finished being installed, need a countertop, and sink and new faucet placed, backsplash finished touch up painting then cleaning. I'm ready to hire. You must have all of your own tools and reliable transportation. We will provide the supplies.
