Looking for a responsible, mature caretaker for an onsite live in position in Hutchinson, MN. Responsibilities include checking people in and out, reporting occupancy to manager, light maintenance and housekeeping. 2 bedroom apartment and bills paid along with pay on the 1st and 15th of every month. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. This is a 1099 position.
