Martino Home Improvements is Growing! We’re seeking a talented Field Support Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting our field trades with onsite materials and servicing clients with jobs in progress. This job is ideal for someone with a construction background, and experience in roofing, siding, gutters, and windows. Position Purpose: The Field Support Specialist works together with the Sales and Production teams to ensure our home improvement jobs are serviced properly. This includes interacting with customers and company teams on a daily basis. Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: - Demonstrated ability to complete assignments accurately in a fast paced environment. - Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers. - Ability to set priorities, plan and coordinate work activities and obtain and manage resources so that work objectives are accomplished on time. - Associates must have strong communication skills, and basic understanding of roofing, siding, gutters, windows and insulation trades. Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: - Must be eighteen years of age or older. - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. - Valid driver’s license - Valid automobile insurance - 1 year of professional experience in roofing, siding, gutters, windows and insulation - Basic computer skills with the ability to use a software application by cell phone - Positive attitude as well as excellent communication skills - Must customer service mentality - Attention to detail - Education Required: High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements: - Must be able to stand for prolonged periods - Must be able to move items weighing up to 50 pounds - Must be able to climb a ladder - Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers Travel: - Daily Metro Detroit/SE Michigan regional area Hours/Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year.
