Juvenile Cream Shepherd Mix FOUND

I found A light colored Shepherd mix of some sort this morning wandering around in the middle of the road off Walnut and First street by the Car Wash. He was almost hit a few times and you can tell he is still a puppy. I have him at my home but will be taking him to the Humane Society this afternoon. He was wearing a collar but no tag. Please only contact me if you can validate the color and type of collar the dog was wearing.
