DIY Self Care is a relaxing day for young people ages 8 to 14 years old who want to make body scrubs and salts during the winter break. Union County 4-H will host its Winter Break Program Series. Winter Break will take place during the months of December and January. The workshops are focused on various topics. This year, we are returning some favorites and adding some new topics like healthy living and livestock. The best part is all of the activities this year are FREE! DIY Self Care is focused on taking care of one's mental and emotional state by learning mindfulness techniques and making DIY homemade body scrubs and bath salts.
