BUSINESS PARTNER IN TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY NEEDED! If you've been thinking about finding a buddy that you both can invest, go into business and grow, this will be a good opportunity for you. If you are looking for a job, please skip this. If you are a self-starter and love to make your own money based on your own terms, then this is the right opportunity for you. SCOPE OF THE BUSINESS This business is a moving company, which is part of the transportation industry regulated by the department of transportation (DOT). The business is registered, has all its papers and has been running fully. So, you're not coming to start from scratch, you are coming to join something that already has potential. We move household goods across the 50 states of the United States. Peak seasons are April - Oct. If you learn it, you will have fun helping people relocate. PROFITABILITY Right now, we are grossing close to $300K. The business has potential of hitting $1M per year in revenues within the next 3 years if ran properly. The industry is huge and profit margins are unlimited. This is real business, not a joke! You will definitely get back great rewards for your efforts. It's a straight forward business, you put trucks out there either owned or rented, recruit good drivers to carry the items and deliver safely and you get paid. The jobs are already there. You don't need to go looking for jobs. We've already secured permanent brokers for enough clientele. WHY BRING IN A PARTNER Someone might ask, if you're doing so good, why do you have to bring in a partner? This is my answer: 1) I believe great businesses cannot be ran and managed completely by one head. I need a second head to move the business to the next level. 2) I have been running this business for the past 3 years and equally running other businesses bigger in scope and older than this one. The nature of this business conflicts with other businesses I run, because it demands sometimes for me to be on the road with drivers, either to train or assist if someone quits suddenly. So I need somebody that can handle this business so that I can focus on other things. 3) I must not be greedy trying to hold everything by myself. I can bring in other hands to help grow and expand. It is an opportunity for someone to fulfill their dreams too. 4) I could drop the business and still live my life without any financial consequences, but I told myself, why not extend this to someone, show them what to do, support them and let the business live and help others. So, that's why. WHAT I EXPECT FROM A GOOD PARTNER 1) It's an already established business, so I'm not expecting so much in terms of financial input from the partner. Your greatest asset is going to be your time and availability to run things here. 2) You must be a business driven person. No paycheck mentality here. You are coming to invest, grow the business, cut paychecks for your employees, and then share in the profits. 3) You must be ready to run this like your own business. From the start, you will be given 30% of the shares since you are not bringing in equal investment as I. I have already invested a lot into the business. But the second year, you will get another 10% which takes you to 40% ownership, and then the 3rd year, your move to 50%. So at that point, we own the shares 50/50. 4) You must have a clean criminal background and free from all kinds of drugs! 5) You must have a clean driving record. This is a transportation business, which means you have to go to the roads sometimes, so your driving history must be clear. 6) You must be able to drive a 26f box truck. We don't use semi trucks, so you don't need to have a class A license. Your class C is fine. 7) You must be business oriented, have some knowledge how to lead and manage people, have good working ethics, and also love the industry. I will show you the rest of what you need to know. 8) Your credit must not be beyond repairs. You are going to be running a business and it requires that you be able to manage your own finances to prove that you can be a good steward to the money of the company. 9) You must be ready to make an initial investment of less than $5K to get insurance and a few things you're going to need for the start. Your initial investment will be very minimal since we already have everything the business needs to run, except for insurance that's usually suspended during low times when almost no work is being done. 10) You must not be a job seeker. This is not a job! This is an investment opportunity. But what you will be investing for the most part is going to be your time! The rest of the information shall be provided when we meet and sit down to talk! Don't miss this great opportunity if you love doing business!
