Sweet boy in need of a home

Family is trying to rehome this really sweet boy. He is an adult male Catahoula hound mix (we think) who is crate trained, house trained, and really sweet. He loves to cuddle on the couch and play in the yard. He does need a home without very small children (baby/toddler) or dogs. He has a lot of energy and doesn't watch where he is going all the time. He seems to get along with other dogs, we just have tiny dogs and he has too much energy for them. He also is great with children who are past the learning to walk stage. He really needs a family and will make a GREAT companion. We are in the northern part of Davidson County.
