We are a small house cleaning business that specializes in short term rental turnovers (like Airbnbs). We have positions available for both employees and independent contractors, so we can accommodate the needs of a variety of job seekers. So whether you want to work just a few hours a week on the days that you choose, or whether you want a steady job with regular hours, we may be just what you're looking for. There are advantages and disadvantages to working in a small company. But one of the advantages is that you'll always be treated like a human being, not just a means to an end. RESPONSIBILITIES When you do a short term rental turnover (like an Airbnb), you are resetting the space between guests. This may involve cleaning the linens and remaking the beds, restocking the supplies, taking out the garbage, and carefully re-staging the space according to the client's specifications. When you are done, you've created a space that is fresh and inviting. For the right sort of person, it can be very satisfying work. We also have straight house cleaning jobs in residential homes, if that's your preference. QUALIFICATIONS: You do not have to have house cleaning or staging experience. You do need to be dependable, hard working, and detail-oriented. But more importantly, we are looking for people who have an eye for aesthetics, who take pride in their work, and who always strive to get better at their craft. If you have those qualities, it doesn't matter if you've never cleaned a stove or made a bed or folded a fitted sheet before. We will be happy to teach you.
