Seeking a Electrician for a Motion senor in Carport

I need a Electrician that can put up a new Motion detector in a Carport so it comes on when I drive in and comes on when I walk to the car. The Hard wire is already run to an old Motion senor, However will need a new box put up for motion Senor to attack to. Only looking for a Electrician, Not one that knows how to do it. Been there done that, Didn't work.
