Tort Claims Civil Attorney Needed

I have 3 Torts filed in Clackamas County and until the end of January to file a claim. A false arrest and malpractice have been identified in the Torts. I have supporting evidence. This is a worthy cause. I have no reason to pursue this and write these Torts if there was 1% of doubt as to the legitimacy of my experience. I would not do this if other people did not help me this far. Eric
