Crawl space level out dirt and insulation demo

This weekend I am trying to get a handful of laborers to help level out a dirt crawl space. The crawl space is like 20 x31 feet. Its NOT a disaster. It's respectble and relatively cleaned out. After that is done remove rigid board insulation attached to the ceiling needs to be removed. The crawl space mold, no water, its cold weather. You will need appropriate clothing. I can provide N95 masks and plastic suits if you want it. A 5' 9" guy can bend over at the waste and walk front to back. It's cold. It's a crawl space. I want the work done. Its the weekend. Give me the hourly rate that you will both show up and do the work. No tools needed. I would prefer an email.
