I own a condo in Raleigh that I am selling. The home inspection was just done and one electrical item needs to be reviewed. I need a licensed electrician to take a look and if there is an issue repair the issue. I will need a written report at the end of the job. I also need a drain pan installed under the water heater so if you do plumbing work also that would be great. The condo is located near NC State. Please respond with the date and time you could provide a quote. I have the home inspection report if you can provide a quote based on the report without seeing the property I can email the report. I would like to get this taken care of asap. Please only respond if you are licensed I will verify the licensing information before hiring.
