We offer all major brands of pneumatic tools and fasteners. JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Field Service Technician, you will call on a large cabinet manufacturer that has 2 locations in Southwest Dallas. Your primary role will be servicing the customer's pneumatic tools. Also important, will be your ability to strengthen and maintain strong relationships with existing customer. Your demonstrated ability to build strong long term business relationships is paramount. RESPONSIBILITIES: The responsibilities and duties for this position include, but are not limited to: • Become the primary contact and build a strong relationship with the customer. • Maintain and repair the customers contract tools. • Build a strong personal relationship with all contacts within each of their 2 locations. • Maintain adequate parts inventory for efficient customer repairs. • Always have a professional appearance. • Become the product/application expert and continually expand your knowledge of tools, fasteners and all other products we sell. • Understand tool applications and learn products that can increase productivity and worker comfort (ergonomics). • Time and territory management is important. • Accurate and timely reporting on all paperwork requirements. QUALIFICATIONS: The skills and qualifications required for this position include: • Strong mechanical aptitude with a service and maintenance background. • Self-motivated -- a self-starting, disciplined individual. • Fastening sales experience is helpful. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Basic computer skills. • Success driven. • Strong organizational skills.
