This excellent opportunity requires an individual who has experience with multifamily building maintenance and skilled labor rehab work. The position requires experience working in all phases of carpentry, drywall work, painting & finishing, bathroom tile work, plumbing/copper work and electrical work. The ideal candidate works well with minimal supervision, is a team player, takes initiative, and is willing to work in both maintenance and rehab work environments. Job Requirements/Skills: Painting Dry Wall/Plaster Tile/Tile Repair Experience Plumbing - Drain/Copper Electrical Experience/Light Fixture Replacement Experience Using Hand And Power Tools. Other General Maintenance BONUS if you have experience with the following: HVAC Water Heaters/ Radiators Residential Appliances Experienced Plumbing/Pipe Sweating Experienced Electrical General Job Requirements: Typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm (must be able to work these hours) Must live nearby to ensure timely emergency call response Your own tools Your own vehicle PLEASE NOTE: Pay will be reflective of work experience/skill level NO CONTRACTORS this is a full-time job Job Type: Full-time We DO NOT offer health insurance Salary: $15.00 to $25.00 /hour
