Missing Orange Kitten

My kitten Buddy got out tonight. It’s was rainy and windy and I’m not sure if he made it out of my apartment complex. He is almost a year and can get around fine but I am worried about him being outside. He is orange and responds to Buddy, kissy noises, and generally treats. I live in Somerset Apartment off College Way. Please call me if you see him.
