Need professional to Fix / Clear heater Furnace

Looking for someone experienced & professional to fix / clean existing heater furnace. This is an older Heater and it works fine - produce heat, however there is a distinct smell and Co2 alarm going off occasionally. Please see pictures of the heater in this post.
