To support OLYMPIQUE’s Managers primarily in the performance and management of Field Services, such as Scaffold Inspection and Testing (SIT) for OLYMPIQUE Facade Access Consulting. Other areas of support include estimating; customer service; proposal, work order and purchase order creation and management; job scheduling; field supervision; inventory; and other tasks that may be needed within the various scopes of services provided by OLYMPIQUE Scaffold Inspection and Testing. (SIT) Scaffold Inspection and Testing (SIT) Services: Complete thorough inspections and clearly document in writing and photographs all observations made in the field so they are understood by company personnel and customers Inspect, test, troubleshoot, document and repair electrical, mechanical and operational systems associated with Exterior Building Maintenance equipment Assist SIT Service Manager with proposals as required to provide repairs associated with field inspections Assist SIT Service Manager with supplies for specific jobs Maintain constant and complete communication with SIT Service Manager relating to scheduled inspection and service requests Maintain and update customer records Works directly with vendors for material purchasing and equipment rentals and ensures pricing is competitive Creates purchase orders for all purchased items, notate the receipt of those items and ensures accurate pricing Experience Required: 5 years minimum experience in field experience (construction, electrical, estimating or maintenance) 2 years minimum experience in field-management/superintendent position is helpful Education/Certification: High School Diploma; Associate’s Degree or higher preferred Full Time Employment Monday to Friday (8 hours per day); daily start/finish times may vary depending on jobs scheduled Physical Strength: Perform active and sedentary work; walking, job site inspection and walk-through, sitting Able to lift up to 20-60 pounds Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle liability insurance continuous during employment General computer work, performed inside an office General Outside/Warehouse maintenance field work Daily Travel: (Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, San Diego Counties); some out of state travel may be required Working Outside (various weather conditions including but not limited to rain, sun, heat, cold) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Vision insurance
