Floral Designer needed for a growing shop in Orange Ca. We are looking for a reliable, creative and self motivated individual to join our team. ***Must have a minimum of 5 years of floral design experience in a flower shop*** Job Types: Minimum of 20 and up to 40+ Hours a week during holidays and heavy event weeks. Salary: $18.00 /hour Duties & Responsibilities: Working with clients while maintaining exceptional customer service Cleaning and processing flowers Designing everyday arrangements, wedding designs, funeral arrangements, corsage work, events, and house accounts. Floral Delivery and pick up from suppliers (on occasion) Plant care Qualifications: Strong communication skills Ability to handle high stress and volume of customers while maintaining a positive attitude Availability requirements include; days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: Stand for long periods of time; walk; frequent use of hands. Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch. Frequently lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
