Photographer needed for business networking event

Description

I'm a commercial real estate professional and hosting an industry event in December. There will be 30-50 professionals who work in banking, private equity, and brokerage. I need a photographer to take pictures of the guests throughout the night. It will be a 2-3 hour event. It will be on a Tuesday night, but the date is not decided yet. The venue will be in North Jersey or NYC. Please respond with your suggested rate and portfolio. If someone is willing to do it for free or discounted I'm happy to set up coffee chats with the attendees and refer you.
