Looking to rehome a dog

I am needing to rehome my dog. I’m unsure the breed. I’ve been told he is border collie. He will be 1 in December. Had first set of shots not neutered. He needs a home that has a fenced in yard to run out his energy or a yard where he can roam. Kids would not be a good fit as he is very protective and is picky with what kids he chooses to like. He’s hyper and needs someone who can train him appropriately. I need to ensure he is going to a good home.
