Our 1st official Holiday Fundraiser. Our goal is to raise $25,000 in donations to gift tablets, laptops and shoes to our mentees. Hello, we are Father Figures Mentorship & Transitional Services Inc. We are a non-profit organization that encourages, inspires, and redirects men, women, and young adults by offering valuable skills training needed to overcome obstacles and prepare for long term success! Our focus is changing the narrative and displaying masculine male mentorship and reflecting positive examples of success beyond hip hop, sports, or drugs. Our mentors have defied odds and overcome their own obstacles and are now experts in their respective industries. All passionate about helping others grow and heal past trauma and fear of success. That is why we would like to invite you to our 1st annual Holiday Gala December 23rd, 2021 from 7pm to 12am. Each ticket sale goes directly towards providing each mentee with life changing opportunities and 1 on 1 mentorship and Holiday gifts. Your ticket includes 3 course meal consisting of Salad Course: Spinach salad of poached cranberry, feta cheese, grape tomato, roasted red onion mandarin orange and toasted almond with honey cranberry vinaigrette. Entrée Course: Grilled tenderloin tips OR Garlic seared chicken breast with oregano, grilled shrimp. Served with whole roasted red skinned potatoes and sautéed seasonal vegetables with herb oil. Desert Course: Mini Pineapple upside down cake with rich pineapple mousse. Followed our short presentation about the program. Barak Amen the epitome of distinguished success. Since 2009, Barak has blessed many stages and sent many audiences into hysterics with his raw and relatable performances and a brand that has taken on a life of its own. His resume includes performances at Broadway Comedy Club in New York and the Tampa, Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale Improv Theaters as well as performances with Benji Brown, Gary Owens and Kountry Wayne. He also is the creator of “Poetry and Punchlines” and has headlined his #IMSOPETTY Comedy Tour in 2017. As you can see, he’s been around the block quite a few times and has many more rounds to make; his momentum won’t let up any time soon.
