Looking for someone who is wanting a career rather than a job. 1. Ability to take a daily work schedule; drive cargo van from location to location; and accomplish work schedule for the day without direct supervision. 2. Setup and tear down equipment to complete work scheduled. 3. Assess a job and accomplish what is necessary to clean, dye, repair carpets, and extract water per policy operational and quality standards. 4. Pick up and drop off equipment when necessary and then take responsible resources inventory. 5. Answer calls from manager and be able to adapt in changing schedule and situations. 6. Communicate with customers when problems are encountered and deliver paperwork as necessary for work completed. 7. Log mileage; fill out work orders, and other paperwork as needed to communicate with others within the company. 8. Share the on-call emergency schedule to cover the 24 x 7 company hours (no exceptions). Refrain from alcohol while on-call. 9. Work independently and responsibly 10. Be punctual, dependable, a team player, regularly demonstrating company's values and code of conduct. 11. Must be comfortable working in a Christian environment. 12. Perform other duties as assigned. · Demonstrate good communication skills · Follow an electronic calendar · Read, write, and complete simple math. · Be able to follow instructions · Work without direct supervision with the ability to adapt in changing situations. · Mix chemical · Operate machinery · Driving a cargo van; driver's license with clean driving record · Lift and carry 65 lbs. upstairs · Be able to see all colors · Must have smart phone Paid Hourly Training. Hourly PLUS Commission after training.
