The Shambles Presents: Dinner with Holy Mountain Holy Mountain. The Shambles. One night only. Sunday, December 12th at 5pm. Incredible pairings and inventive preparations. This multi-course extravaganza will include beer pairings from Seattle's Holy Mountain brewing and special dishes from The Shambles' chef Josh Davis. Menu and pairings will be made available in the coming weeks. Doors open and appetizers start at 5pm with Dinner beginning promptly at 6pm. Give yourself a treat after a long year.
