Maintenance Technician position available at a Luxury Oceanfront Condominium Complex located in Kihei ***Only those who currently live on Maui are being considered ***Kihei resident a PLUS as this position requires prompt response to after hours maintenance emergency calls ***Proof of current COVID vaccination/s required 5+ years of building maintenance preferred Working knowledge of HVAC, Pool Operations, Electrical and Plumbing Fixtures, General Building Maintenance Ability and willingness to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting 50 pounds with or without accommodations, performing repairs, and clean up, etc. Perform regular inspection of buildings, including railings, rooftops and complete routine preventative maintenance, filter changes, light bulb changes, caulking, painting Frequent and thorough inspection of property to ensure excellent curb appeal High attention to detail Adaptability and a positive attitude Respond to emergency calls during non-business hours, as required Schedule: 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday with on-call hours during non-business hours, as required Other duties as assigned Drug test and background check required Starting pay up to $30 per hour Medical/Dental/Vision
