EXPERIENCED CARPENTERS NEEDED Pounds Construction, LLC Belleview, FL Fast growing home remodeling and new construction company in Central Florida, looking for dependable and reliable carpenters/framers for immediate hire. Applicants must demonstrate carpentry skills and possess knowledge of the construction process, building code and safety. Applicant must have verifiable references, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Competitive wages based on experience and skill. Responsibilities • Must be able to work in various situations (indoor/outdoor) • Must be able work independently • Must be able to determine scope of work • Must be able to read blueprints and understand work details and materials involved • Build, remodel, and repair structures using wood and other determined materials • Coordinate with general contractor, project manager, inspectors, and other professionals. Qualifications • Minimum two years experience in trade • Ability to lift, lower and carry up to 75 pounds • Verifiable prior work references Send resume to email.
