Please join us for a brief recap of 2021, an outlook for 2022, and approve our operating budget for 2022. Join us on Zoom for the AIA Maryland 2021 Annual Membership Meeting. This will be a brief meeting to review the state of your State Component and to vote on the proposed 2022 operating budget. A quorum of 5% of the members of this organization or 50 members, whichever number is smaller, is required by the AIA Maryland Bylaws. By pre-registering for this meeting we can verify your membership in advance to help us quickly determine if we have a quorum once the meeting begins. Your participation will help us approve an operating budget for next year and, you'll get an update on what's happening in your State Component.
