We will start at the MLK Jr Memorial in City Park and run or walk to the capital as an active vigil in remembrance of those trans lives lost Starting at 10:00am on November 20, 2021 runners and walkers will participate in an active vigil in remembrance of the trans lives lost for far too long. For approximately 3 miles we ask that you don't listen to music but instead engage in conversation with other participants, tap into the sounds and sights of our city, and reflect on the 45 transgender folks who have been killed so far this year. We will end at the Colorado State Capital with a moment of silence. *This isn't a permitted event so all streets, intersections, and allyways are open. Please use your best judgement before crossing any streets.
