Asian female fishing at Rudee Inlet

It was Monday, November 8th around 3pm at the bridge side of Rudee Inlet. It was my day off, so I decided to go fishing after slaying on some huge speckled trout at a different spot that morning. After breaking off on the rocks a second time, I was setting up for a re-tie, when I heard someone say, "you catch fish." I simply said "no, unfortunately," without looking up. She must've stood there for a couple seconds before beginning to walk off. I looked up a got a glimpse of her and tried to say something quick before she walked away. I said, "so what kind of fish are you looking to catch?" She shook her head, which I couldn't figure out whether she meant, "I don't know", she didn't understand what I was saying, or she had a sense I was trying to make small talk and she just wasn't interested. With my deep insecurities, I took it as the latter. I continued to fish for a few more minutes, periodically glancing over at her on the farside of the bridge. After my forth break off on the rocks, I called it quits. She was fishing close to where I was parked. So, I asked her if she caught anything. She said "pinfish... small." I wanted to strike up a conversation, but didn't want to come off looking like a creep. There were 3 guys within earshot of where we were, and in my mind it felt like middle school where I feared of being mocked if I was shot down. So, I sat in my car for a bit to see if I could muster up the courage to talk to her, but I did not. I snapped a pic of her on my phone. Creepy I know, but if her and I ever cross paths again, that I'd remember her. I guess Craigslist won't let me upload a pic. It would help a lot so I can reconnect, but I get it. She has a tattoo on the left side of her neck of red or pink lips 💋 and what looked to be vines that connect to her shoulder. If this is you or someone knows her, I'd like to be given a second chance to shoot my shot. If you're not interested, at least I know. I was the Filipino with the beard and red beanie.
