Job Description Malcolm Contracting Services is a high growth organization. As a result, we're hiring! We need 2 additional full time employees. We're looking to hire 2 full time workers with extensive Carpentry/wood working experience to help us meet our increased demand. This position is 40hrs per week. Pay range is $18 - $30 per hour based on experience and skills. Final hourly pay will be decided after onsite trial. Performance review every 6 months where compensation will be adjusted if performance warrants it. Please review criteria below: Extensive Carpentry/woodworking experience is must. This role will entail a lot of custom carpentry work. Therefore, carpentry experience is a must. 4 years of prior work experience in a related field of similar. Must be able to provide 2 work references. Must have reliable transportation Must have basic tool set Interview process Phone screen Then live, on jobsite, display of skills.
