Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the past few days? Researchers at the Rockefeller University are trying to understand COVID-19 in positive patients. Participants must: - Have tested positive for COVID19 within the past few days - Be 18 years or older - Be able to receive FedEx packages - Have email/web access Participation Involves: - NO clinic visits or appointments.
