Male maltese weighs under 13 lbs

I have an intact white male maltese that I have to find a wonderful home for. He is under a year, his birthday is on Christmas. He weighs under 13 lbs. He's incredibly sweet, a bit stubborn but very loving. He has been around my toddler his whole life and gets along well with him. He is kennel trained, potty trained, knows 'sit' and 'up'. He is up to date on all vaccines and was recently groomed. He gets along well with other dogs, unsure about cats since we don't have any.
