Install Propane Garage Heater

I'm planning on purchasing one of these garage heaters and need someone to install it: I believe at least two certified trades are involved here but I'm not really sure. * Electrical (I have an electrician if you can't do this part.) * Plumbing? (Propane line, vent pipe?) Plus "general" (hanging the unit from the ceiling) Electric panel and a spare propane connection are within 2 feet (propane) to 15 feet (electrical) on the other side of the garage wall in an unfinished portion of the basement. In your response, please tell me: * What part(s) of this job you can complete and what others you think are required that you CAN'T complete * Your certification(s)/insurance * Your rough cost estimate for your portion(s) * Your availability - when can you do this work?
