This year be prepared for navigating conversions with your family and friends. For many, spending time with family and friends is a highlight of the holiday season. When a group of people gathers, disagreements will inevitably arise. We may disagree on how to prepare our favorite dish or encounter a heated debate around a whole list of hot topics. This conversation will help us think about how to best engage with our family and friends, especially when we have different perspectives and opinions. The Noblesville Diversity Coalition (NDC) is comprised of community members, leaders in the faith and business communities, and organizations including the City of Noblesville, Noblesville Schools, and the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce. We host and participate in events to help us all listen and learn so we continue to make our community more inclusive and welcoming.
