I bought a dog raincoat that is too small and missed return date. Pink, size small, brand new in sealed package. Size chart shows small measurements and estimated weight of 10-20 lbs. I have a smaller dog (14 lbs) wearing this size & I think max is about 15 lbs (although she has a fat neck). $10.00
