Fall Feast - Plant based dinner & cooking demo! You’re invited! On behalf of the Community Harvest Educational Foundation (“CHEF”), a Chicago-based 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, I would like to extend a warm invitation to our Fall Feast event at the Peter Rubi grocery store in Chicago on Thursday, November 18th at 6pm. Our fall dinner event will include a 3-course, whole food, plant-based meal with a cooking demo. You will also be treated to a behind-the-scenes tour of the store and a plant-based discussion and Q&A during dinner. Dr. Ashwani Garg, MD, a plant-based family physician and Justin Weber, 2x cookbook author (www.crowmoonkitchen.com) will be our guests for the evening! Justin Weber will be signing his cookbooks which can be purchased on Amazon. CHEF’s mission is “Promoting better health through better eating.” Partnering with local, community-based organizations, CHEF facilitates whole food, plant-based outreach, education and hands-on cooking events. CHEF is working hard to share its mission across Chicago, with an important focus on our city’s youth & young adults. We look forward to seeing you on the 18th.
