Job 1: Arco Lawn Equipment is looking for someone to join our team as a Full-time Sales Supervisor. We are currently seeking an energetic and outgoing Customer Service Representative experienced in sales and customer service to join our team of professionals. This is an opportunity to work in a great environment with a fantastic team!! We sell by providing the customer information and our experienced recommendation – not high pressure tactics. Yet, this is a sales position. If you have what it takes we will train you!! Our business is very seasonal with extended schedules in spring. Saturday hours are required. Job Activities & Responsibilities: - Load and unload customer equipment - Build new equipment - Keep shop areas clean and efficient - Provide assistance for technicians as needed - Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to management Minimum Requirements - Reliable transportation - Saturday hours required Pay & Benefits - $9.00 -- 12.50 / hr based on level of experience - On the job training Preferred Qualities - Work well in a fun team environment - Comfort working in a fast-paced environment - Able to handle competing priorities - Comfort with multi-tasking
