And we are all working with intense amounts of energy moving through our systems moment to moment. For many of us, this manifests in anxiety, depletion, overwhelm, intense emotional swings, physical symptoms, and overall imbalance. The way we can navigate this tremendous collective reality is to come together and remember love. Remember our light and our capacity to heal our bodies, minds, and hearts. Come spend your Saturday in between the holidays being nourished from the inside out. This day is carefully curated in order to support each person holistically and wholly. About the location: A beautiful healing oasis in the middle of the city started by our friend Jenny and her family. Little City Farm is dedicated to producing organic sustainable goods and hosting transformative art and well-being events. More info about LFC, here. Erin Ward strives to find out what it means to thrive and how to help others to do the same. Movement, breath, and meditation have evolved as her primary access points to freedom from suffering states of being. Inspired by the infinite healing capacity of ancient wisdom practices as well as modern movement, Erin has over 1000 hours of training in yoga, meditation, breathwork, and spiritual fitness. Her mission as a teacher is to blend the wisdoms of healing modalities together to create an safe space for her students to come alive and to thrive. As a teacher and a writer, Erin looks for the weaving together of philosophy and practicality to foster a safe space for people to come, just as they are, move and breathe through whatever they’re going through, and tap into something bigger than their personal story. In her opinion, the linking of breath and movement is a poetry that carries us to a higher state.
