Property Management Company looking to hire Part time maintenance person with experience in, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Unit turns, Interior, exterior repairs. General all around knowledge of property maintenance is a must. Must have valid drivers license and operable vehicle, must be able to pass a drug screening and a NO FELONY Background check. You also must have basic hand tools for the job and be able to lift minimum of 50lb, must be able to climb ladders and go up and down stairs and work outside in most conditions. We require you to have good customer service skills and be able to work independently at times and take direction from Property manager.
