DETAILS ARE SPECIFIC AND IMPORTANT. WE ARE EXCITED TO HAVE YOU JOIN US! WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: We look forward to having you! Here are the quick bullets for entry. You must be at least 16 years of age to attend a taping.You will go through a security check, so don't bring in sharp objects or weapons of any kind (pocket knives, clippers, tweezers, etc.).Please keep purses to a minimal size. We will do a search, so please make sure there are no needles or sharp objects inside. Suggested to bring in a wallet, keys and phone.Please dress festive - NO TWINKLING LIGHTS OR GLITTERY JACKETS.Check in opens at 5:45pm and closes at 6:30pm. If you have not arrived by this time, we will consider you a 'no show' and offer your seat to someone on standby. Our address is 1 Music Village Blvd., Hendersonville, TN 37075. Please take this deadline seriously.If you would like to bring in a new toy for our local impoverished children's collection, please bring them in with you when you check in. They will be distributed to the children before Christmas. Thank you in advance!Large bags, backpacks, commercial cameras are not allowed.You will be seated in general audience seating (risers). If you have the inability to climb a few stairs, please note that in your reservation when asked the question.No food or beverages inside the building. Refreshments and dessert will be provided. TAPING DURATION The taping will last approximately two hours (2), once it begins, and attendees can expect the entire experience, from check-in to the end of the show, to last approximately two and a half hours (2.5). HANDICAP REQUESTS Our theater will make arrangements for guests with disabilities who request reasonable accommodations in their reservations ahead of time. This will give us opportunity to work on solutions. REQUESTING E-TICKETS All e-tickets must be individually filled out completely and linked with others by noting it in the reservation area.We ask that you not register until you make a firm commitment to attend since seating is limited and we need to avoid having empty seats.You will be given an opportunity to make a donation for your attendance later in this reservation process.When reserving your seat(s), you will be asked questions. If you don't check off every box or answer every question, it will not work. If you don't get the highlighted 'register' button at the end of doing it, you've left something unanswered, go back and find it before giving up. E-tickets may not be transferred for this special taping. New reservations must be made.If you are not able to print out your e-ticket or do not have a smartphone to display your ticket on, simply provide us the name your reservation is under upon arrival at check in, and we will look you up. Be advised that you may be included on-camera during taping of the show. Your e-ticket and your presence in the audience both constitute your permission for the show's producers to use your likeness in any way.STANDBY SEATING Once we reach our limit on available seats, you will be offered the ability to be placed on standby. You will need to fill one out for each person in your party. Or, feel free to email us at [email protected] and let us know that you are interested in being on standby, if you have any issues or we reach the limit on that as well. We will update you on the possibilities at that time. APPROPRIATE ATTIRE Dress code is smart casual if possible. Remember, you could be on camera. We encourage you to dress Christmas festive for this taping - NO GLITTERY JACKETS OR CHRISTMAS LIGHTS. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone dressed inappropriately and again, your reservation is your permission to be on camera without compensation. PERSONAL ITEMS Guests will be required to power down all electronic devices when instructed prior to the taping. Any usage after this time may result in guest removal from the studio. We are not responsible for any personal items lost or left on the property. SMOKING Smoking is not permitted inside the buildings. Our smoking station is located directly across the boulevard under the awning and marked with a green metal sign. Once you go through security, you must remain indoors, or you will have to go through security again. Once the taping begins, if you leave your seat and exit the theater, you may not re-enter after 6:30 PM, since the security station will be closed by then. No exceptions. MISCELLANEOUS The Huckabee Theater is on private property and any guest behavior deemed inappropriate may jeopardize your participation. We reserve the right to remove anyone who is deemed a threat to the comfort or safety of our audience, 'on air' guests, cast or staff. IN CASE OF CANCELLATION Although it is rare and unlikely, we reserve the right to cancel any taping due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We need for you to understand this upfront as you plan your visit to our town and area. We will do our best to keep you updated if anything were to change, due to matters beyond our control asap.
