Apply at InVia Fertility Specialists is a state-of-the-art fertility center with four Chicago area locations. We are seeking egg donors for our highly successful egg donor program. If you would like to apply, please fill out the application at If you would like more information about becoming an egg donor visit us at DUE TO COVID-19: Donor's initial consult will be via Zoom. When donors do need to come to the office, we have the following safeguards in place: • All patients must wear a mask or another face covering when in the office. • Patients must not come into the office if they have a cough, fever over 100.0 F, shortness of breath or if they have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19. • Patients will be asked to wash their hands once they enter the office. All staff will be wearing PPE and we are cleaning the offices daily and wiping doorknobs, handles, flat surfaces frequently as recommended by the CDC.
