We are a local Houston general contractor seeking sub-contractor partners to perform construction work on commercial jobs within the Houston ares. These opportunities are not hourly or daily pay they are contract basis only.
We have year round projects in the following trades:

Requirements:
... Provide your own tools and equipment
... You must have at least 3 verifiable references
... Provide an onsite manager for the jobsite
... Be able to communicate material needs in advance to complete project on or ahead of schedule
