Important Janitorial Service company is currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Janitor Supervisor (Full-Time position). The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning tasks as the need arises. The Janitor will be responsible to supervise, inspect the areas cleaned by the 2nd shift team, special projects as needed (Scrubbing floors, carpet cleaning etc.) and cleaning a few areas assigned to the supervisor.

Responsibilities:
-Nightly organize and work with the 2nd shift team.
-Perform as required for a Supervisor position.
-Manage the daily routine.
-Complete non-routine cleaning as requested by the Account Manager.
-Cover open positions when necessary.
-Remove garbage, clean restrooms, moping floors as needed.
-Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
-Ensure Janitor room are maintained and fully equipped.
Qualifications:
-Janitorial experience.
-Be a team player, be a leader for the rest of the group.
-Willingness to work on this shift.
4:30 pm to 1:00am (8 hours) Monday to Friday.
-Ability to work well under minimal supervision.
-Capacity to take directions coming from the Account Manager.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary
