Description

Preparing for a natural birth. Your prenatal classes are scheduled! This is a two-day make up consolidated class and packed full of hands-on training. We will be focusing on your birth and labor experience with emphasis on naturally coping with contractions. We feel strongly and believe that it important to prepare for your birth experience. Fathers and/or very close friends that will be supporting you at your birth are also encouraged to attend. Children don't do well in these classes, so try to make arrangements for your little ones. Price is $100/pregnant mom. There is no additional charge for your support person.
