These roles are located in Ooltewah, TN. OAC is offering full-time and part-time opportunities. Shift differential pay provided; multiple shifts available. The DSP role involves caring for, participating in, and teaching daily life skills to OAC group home residents. Candidates will: • Have a heart for working with people • Encourage and empower people to live more independently through coaching and mentoring • Engage in meaningful active treatment, community inclusions, recreational opportunities • Advocate for the intellectual and developmental population • Effectively communicate Job Duties: • Assist with developing client skills in self-help; activities of daily living, hygiene, leisure and recreation, basic academics, communication, and social skills.
